I arrived in Buenos Aires Ezeiza airport around 10 pm local time, and the custom line was very very line. Interestingly the line for Argentine is longer than foreigners.
It took almost an hour to get out, and then another task was find my way to Holiday Inn Buenos Aires Ezeiza Airport. I find it very frustrating that most of the airport hotels don't have clear information on how to get to the hotel from airport! I'd done my research beforehand, and one blog said there's a dedicated hotel desk near the taxi desk in arrival area. I looked and couldn't find it. I asked the airport information desk and was told there is no such desk and I need to call the hotel for shuttle bus. Thanks to Skype and free WiFi in the airport, I managed to speak to the hotel staff and went outside to wait for the shuttle bus. It was very late when I finally arrived, and the front desk staff was very pleasant, offered me the suite upgrade! And the breakfast was complimentary too for platinum member.
Here is the living room area of the suite.
And the view from my room. It was in the middle of no where. Overall it's a great stay.
