We Need to Talk About "Dan Dan Mien", Cathay Pacific!

As much as I enjoy the Dan Dan Mien noodles in Cathay Pacific lounge, it is NOT Dan Dan Mien! Considering Cathay Pacific is a Hong Kong based airline, this mistake really can't be overlooked. This is what you will get when you order it from the menu, it's peanut sauce based noodles.
First of all, the description on the menu is wrong, it is NOT a Shanghainese style noodles. IT IS NOT! Dan Dan Mien is a a noodle dish originating from Chinese Sichuan cuisine. It consists of a spicy sauce containing preserved vegetables, chili oil, Sichuan pepper, minced pork, and scallions served over noodles. (from Wiki). It's a very very spicy noodles, as the Sichuan region is famed for super spice food.
This is what a real Dan Dan Mien looks like, with minced pork. Cathay Pacific, please get the fact right! Can you imagine if British Airways Lounge dish out a pan fried filet with potato wedges and marked it as Fish&chips?
