I also spent 5 nights at the Hilton Waikiki Beach hotel, it's really good value using points at such peak season in Hawaii, as hotel rates are just ridiculously high.
The hotel has an executive lounge, considering it's North America, I have no complaints. No one policing the lounge, any guest could just follow a guest into this lounge. 2 hot dishes every night, and soft drink machines available all day long. I recommend you go there in the second hour of the evening time, as it can be extremely busy at the first hour.
